"Buyer" shall mean the person who purchases the Goods from the Website.

"Contract" means a contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods within the meaning of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations") and where the Buyer is a consumer for the purposes of the Regulations.

"Goods" means the goods which the Seller is to supply to the Buyer in accordance with these conditions.

"Seller" shall mean the company, business or other organisation disclosed as being the seller on the Website or, if applicable, and any undisclosed seller.

"Website" shall mean the internet website from which the Goods were purchased by the Buyer.

1.1: If the Buyer's bid is accepted by the Seller the bid will automatically constitute an order for the Goods by the Buyer and the Buyer shall be obligated to complete the transaction to purchase the Goods.

1.2: The Seller reserves the right not to accept any order made by the Buyer at any time up to the date that full payment is received by the Seller for the Goods. Unless otherwise required by law (and then only to that extent) the Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatever, consequential or otherwise arising out of or due to or caused by any defect or deficiencies in any of the Goods.

1.3: Placing an order with the Seller shall constitute an agreement with the terms and conditions outlined on this website.

1.4: Where goods are purchased through eBay their terms and conditions shall

over-ride these terms and conditions.

2.1: That this is a sale of goods which may be second-hand goods which have been

purchased, recovered or found by the Seller, returned to the Seller or otherwise

obtained by the Seller.

2.2: That the Buyer has relied solely upon the Buyer's own opinion concerning the Goods, their quality, state, condition, description, fitness and/or suitability for any purpose, the possibility that some or all of them may have defects not apparent on inspection and examination and the use it intends or proposes to put them to.

2.3: That the Buyer has agreed to purchase the Goods "as seen" in their present state and condition for a consideration which takes into account the risk to the Buyer represented by the parties' belief that the said exclusions and limitations are or would be recognised by the courts.

3.1: Neither the Agent nor the Seller shall incur any liability to it by reason of any fault or defect in all or any of the Goods or any breach of the obligations of the Seller arising under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974;

3.2: The Seller shall not be required to put any of the Goods into a safe condition. The Buyer hereby undertakes that it will ensure that all of the Goods is in a safe

condition (as the case may be) before putting (or allowing it to be put) to any use

after Purchase.

3.3: The Seller is selling by virtue of its statutory power to sell Goods and that no

guarantee of the right title or interest of the Seller is given by the Seller.

3.4: Returns will be accepted only in cases where the goods can be proven to have been badly described. Goods returned which are found to be accurately described shall only be returned to the Buyer at the Buyers expense.

3.5: Returns must be in the same condition as on despatch. Returned goods must not have been tampered with in any way.

3.6: Only if all the above conditions are met, and returned goods are judged to have been badly described will a refund be offered. The Seller shall have final say in these matters and no further correspondence shall be entered into.
